Unless otherwise specified, all used games will contain the original material included when new (e.g. disc/­manual/­leaflets). Whilst any used item will have been tested, cleaned and refurbished if required, please be aware that the item is second-hand and therefore may have signs of prior use. DLC codes may be included but it must be assumed that these have already been redeemed.

Store Credit Trade-In

After you trade-in video games for credit, the store credit will be added to your online account. You will be notifed via email once the credit has been applied. Funds are added within 1-3 working days of the item(s) being received but can typically be expected within 1 working day.

Any items that differ from the item specified in your original quote may result in a reduction of the total value offered. This includes, but is not limited to, an incorrect game or variant, missing manual if applicable, torn or poor condition box/artwork, or a faulty or deeply scratched disc/cart. You will be notified via email if any changes to the quote are necessary, though this is not a common occurrence.

We are unable to accept games that are outside of the PAL region for any platforms that are region locked. If you are unsure of the region of your game, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you in confirming this.

When trading-in a console, an official controller (if applicable) and the required cables/­peripherals must be included. We are unable to accept console trade-ins unless these additional items are present.

To be eligible for a free Royal Mail postage label, a trade-in must consist of a minimum of three items. We are unable to accept duplicates of the same item.

Quotes are valid for 7 days and must be sent within this timeframe. If 7 days have passed and the order has not yet been dispatched, a new quote must be completed and an updated free-post label will be provided.

Cash Trade-In

After you trade-in video games for cash, the cash value will be sent to your specified payment method (BACS transfer or PayPal). This can be chosen at checkout. Payments are made within 1-3 working days of the item(s) being received but can typically be expected within 1 working day. Please be aware that this does not include any additional time for your bank to process on their end. If you are sending a large quantity of games then please allow an extra working day to process the payment.
